Job Summary/Objective:
Titan International, Inc., a global leading wheel and tire assembly manufacturer for the agriculture, construction, forestry and mining markets, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our1st shift team at Titan Tire Corporation, located in Des Moines, IA.
The primary function of this position (Maintenance Supervisor) is to lead, manage, and direct a team of mechanics and electricians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Tasked with developing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program, they will drive equipment uptime throughout the departments. This role requires the use of independent judgement and a high degree of confidentiality.
Required Experience/Skills
-Leadership ability - mentor, train and monitor the teams productivity to department KPI's
-Mechanical/Electrical aptitude to understand equipment throughout the facility
-2-5 years experience in the maintenance field
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
-Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
-Team player with the ability to drive change
Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Weekend: additional compensation for weekend hours worked
Bonus potential: based on individual/plant performance
